TPMC-EnergySolutions Environmental Services, LLC (TES) announced that it has been awarded an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for the Buffalo District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. TES is an LLC comprised of TerranearPMC, LLC and EnergySolutions Federal Services, Inc. as allowed by their SBA approved mentor-protégé agreement. TES will also be supported by EnergySolutions’ wholly owned subsidiary, Parallax, Inc. The contract has a not-to-exceed ceiling of $7.5 million over a period of five years (2007-2012).

TPMC is supported on this contract by its SBA approved Mentor, EnergySolutions Federal Services, Inc. TPMC will develop a DOE 413.3 compliant earned value management system in coordination with LLNS for the Environmental Remediation and D&D Program at LLNL and is responsible for providing review and oversight of the performance of ER and D&D activities in compliance with that system and ER/D&D schedule and budget requirements. TPMC will also provide technical and programmatic direction in the areas of Radioactive and Hazardous Waste Management, Project Management and Project Controls and Facilities and Infrastructure, with a goal of achieving process, operational and organizational improvement in these areas.

The work will be primarily within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division mission boundaries, however, it allows for work for all Corps mission areas or other Federal agencies. The contract calls for a wide range of services including studies, investigations, and technical support with particular emphasis on radiological hazards.
