TPMC has been a
leader in MMRP services for over 20-years. We have provided services
CONUS & OCONUS solving some of our client’s most difficult MMR
challenges by protecting human health, safety, and environmental
impacts from munitions and explosives of concern (MEC). Our in-house
engineers, scientists, geologists, geophysicists, technicians, and
Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) explosives and ordnance (EOD) specialists
safely deliver these projects at DoD Formerly Utilized Defense Sites
(FUDS), active DoD installations, DOE/NNSA sites, and commercial
locations worldwide. We use leading edge equipment and technologies to
detect and dispose of a full range of munitions and weapons in storage
facilities, on the ground/subsurface, and in contaminated buildings. We
have developed in-house capabilities in geophysics, GIS, EOD
specialists, Safety, and regulatory expertise. We have experience
working with Metal-Mapper, Transient Electromagnetic Induction Towed
Array Detection System (TEMTADS), and developed skill sets in the area
of advanced geophysical classification supporting ESTCP and RI/FS
projects. Most importantly, we have stressed a strong safety culture
throughout TPMC. The safety of our clients, TPMC staff, and
subcontractors on all the projects we perform is paramount to us.
Working for both U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Centers of
Expertise (CX) and design centers under EPA CERLCA regulations and
implementing Defense Explosives Safety Board (DDESB) procedures, we
have successfully executed over $50M in projects from site
investigations through remedial actions, including assignments under
firm-fixed price (FFP), performance-based (PBC), and cost-reimbursable
contracts. TPMC offers comprehensive insurance coverage and bonding
capabilities.

TPMC’s offers our customers an outstanding safety and Quality Assurance
(QA) record and processes that support successful project
implementation. We have never had an Explosive Safety Incident or
Accident. Led by our Corporate Health and Safety Director, TPMC lives a
“safety culture” through communication of daily company-wide safety
e-mails, monthly “lessons learned” calls among technical practitioners,
project and risk management reviews, and open client communications.
TPMC is an active member of the National Association of OEW Contractors
and welcomes inquiries for partnering and teaming.
